  • A soft bristled toothbrush helps to prevent damage to the enamel.

  • The angle of the brush also plays an important role. It is advised to place the brush against the teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line.

  • The motion of the brush uses a short gentle back and forth stroke with small circular motions. The tooth surface should be gently brushed. Avoid sawing or scrubbing motion of brushing on the teeth.

  • Avoid eating 30 minutes after brushing as foods can easily stain your teeth while recovering from whitening process.

Do Your Flossing Daily

Daily flossing is necessary to remove plaque and food particles that your toothbrush cannot reach. Flossing helps to reach tight spaces and gum line. These areas are vulnerable where plaque can build up and turn to tartar. Avoiding flossing can build-up plaque and tartar that can lead to cavities or gum disease.
